GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only one Welcome Offer per person.
Suspensions and/or extensions are not available on the Unlimited Weekly Membership - 4 week minimum.
2 weeks suspension available on the Unlimited Weekly Membership – 24 week minimum with minimum of 7 days notice.
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or cancel classes, workshops and events. While we endeavour to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible.
6 hours notice to cancel class, must be done via app or online.
Credit will be added to your account if cancelled 6 hours prior to class.
Class fee is forfeited if cancelled within 6 hour window of class starting. Additional $15 will be debited to members that cancel within 6 hour window of class starting.
WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
All workshops are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend please let us know 48 hours in advance and we can offer a studio credit.
If you cancel your workshop less than 48 hours prior to the date we cannot offer a refund, nor a studio credit.
You are welcome to transfer your workshop booking to a friend or family member, however, if they are not a member we will charge the additional amount to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Unlimited Weekly Memberships does not include private classes held at Ardor or workshops/events.
The minimum contract period is 4 weeks.
Payments will be debited weekly.
DIRECT DEBIT DRAWING AND CREDIT CARD ARRANGEMENTS & RELATED FEES
You must ensure your nominated bank account accepts direct debit drawing payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account on the nominated draw date. You must advise us immediately if the nominated account is transferred or closed.
If the drawing payment falls due on a non-business day, it will be debited from your account on the next business day following the scheduled draw date.
If your financial institution dishonours your payment we will attempt to redraw in 3 days time.
If the drawing fails a second time we will contact you detailing the failed payment and may suspend your membership.
You will pay all bank and direct debit fees, including any late payment or default fees accrued due to a lack of funds in the account or problem with the account
SUSPENSION
Minimum suspension period is 7 days. Following a suspension period, once your suspension is lifted debits will automatically be applied whether you have visited or not so it’s best you get back on the mat as soon as possible to get the most from your membership.
Maximum suspension period is 14 days per six months membership period.
Seven business days notice in writing (via email to connect@ardoralbury.com) prior to the suspension is required.
CANCELLATIONS
Two week’s notice required to cancel membership, after minimum contract period is complete.
At the end of the minimum contract period, the membership will continue on a weekly basis unless you notify us in writing with two week’s notice of intent to discontinue membership. This occurs for the Unlimited Weekly Membership – 24 weeks minimum only.
