Whether you are new to the mat or have a regular practice, Ardor provides an inclusive, warm and inviting space for you to flow, ground and connect.

We cater for all levels, offering modifications to ease or challenge your practice. 

Everything you need is provided for you, cleaned and sanitised to safety hygiene standards after each use. If you prefer to BYO please feel free.

Find Your Flow — $49 for 7 days
Our 7 day introductory offer allows you to experience how it feels to find your flow at Ardor, through nurturing practice, mindful movement and meditation. Offering starts on date of purchase. Limit one per person.

Create Your Flow — $47 per week
Create your Flow offering gives you unlimited access to our mindful movement classes and 2 x Reformer Pilates classes per week with a commitment of 6 months to find space, to move and be still. You will receive a discount code for the Infrared Sauna and discounted Ardor Immersions with this offering. Two weeks available pause available to you over the 6 month term.

Life In Flow — $62 per week

Our Life in Flow membership gives you access to all that Ardor has to offer with the freedom of a no lock in contract. We want to give you the flexibilty to nurture your mind and your body with ease. Unlimited Mindful Movement classes and 2 x Reformer Pilates classes weekly. No lock in contract, just 4 weeks notice to cancel direct debit

Our Secure your Flow membership enables you to make an investment into your health and wellbeing, a commitment to nourish your mind and body ahead of time. Giving you unlimited access to our mindful movement and 2 x Reformer Pilates classes per week for 6 months. You will receive a discount code for the Infrared Sauna and discounted Ardor Immersions. No holds, pauses or refunds with this discounted offer.

Flow Mindfully — $270 x 10 classes

Flow Mindfully is our 10 pack for mat classes. For those that still want to commit to nurturing their mind and body. Flow mindfully with us on the mat for yoga, mat pilates and meditation. 8 week expiry, no holds, no extensions.


Flow

Uplifting, Strengthening, Fluid

60 minutes

A creative yoga class where poses are linked together with breath. Incorporating a series of strong and powerful postures, this class targets physical strength, flexibility, and alignment throughout the body. These classes build internal heat to aid in detoxifying the body and leaving you feeling energised and nourished. Meditation and breathwork are weaved throughout, creating a well-rounded practice.

Gentle Flow

Grounding, Mindful, Balanced

60 minutes 

A gentle yoga offering combining soft flowing poses with stretches and mindfulness to leave you feeling calm, balanced, and revived. Connecting motion and breath to develop greater body awareness and encouraging body, mind, and breath to unify.

Sculpt

Strengthening, Control, Balance

45 minutes

Our mat Pilates-based class focuses on core and glute strength. Using resistance bands and small props to build heat, strength and alignment in the body. The poses are simple and low impact whilst still providing a challenge so you feel like you've worked hard but you are not depleted.

Suitable for all students.


Restorative

Supportive, Nurturing, Deep

75 minutes

Moving slowly, this restorative and meditative practice to unwind and de-stress. A deeply therapeutic class with long holds that encourage the body to open and surrender, targeting the fascia and connective tissue. This class makes use of bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. You will leave feeling lighter, more flexible and with a more open mind, body and heart.

Suitable for all students. Pre & postnatal welcome.


Meditation

Relaxing, Unwind, Connection

30 + 45 minutes 

Find your comfortable position and transcend to the greater awareness within. This class will guide you to let go and find mental clarity to help you become more connected, mindful and aware.

Reformer Pilates

Energising, Focused, Creative

45 minutes

A Reformer Pilates class designed to energise, lengthen and strengthen both your body and your mind. This class is intelligently sequenced to challenge you, focusing on sets of core, upper body, and lower body.
Ending with a moment of mindfulness to give your nervous system the love it deserves.
Expect to leave class feeling like you've worked the whole body.
This class is suitable for beginners to advanced abilities.


Fusion

Strong, Activating, Empowering

45 minutes

A fusion of strength based training, core activation and heart rate peaking exercises to leave you feeling energised, strong and empowered. Expect a full body workout using dumbbells, bands, small props and creative bodyweight exercises. However our teachers will always support and encourage you to choose your intensity to match your energy on the day by offering modifications and progressions throughout the class.
