Teacher Profile - Erin Pressnell
Erin has been teaching Pilates for the last 5 years, and you will find her guiding you through our SculptStrength offerings. Erin completed her training through Studio Pilates, and has a background in Strength and Conditioning and contemporary dance.
Erin's classes incorporate controlled and intentional movements, with a focus on correctly activating your muscles, while adding in elements to test your stability, mobility and coordination. Her sense of calm but gentle firmness nourishes the connection between mind and body.
Erin's favourite part of teaching is helping people establish their connection between mind and muscle, and allowing people to explore movement patterns that feel nourishing and challenging at the same time
